• For new-build projects, the new regulations require additional measures for fire safety and carbon reduction. Early reviews can help inform the brief and key stage reviews can assist with selection of materials and detailing to achieve compliance with the regulations.

• Reconfiguration & space planning of existing buildings can be carried out to establish potential and unlock value.
  Many existing buildings have issues which impact on their commercial viability. This can be deterioration of the structure, construction defects or poor workmanship, however some buildings which complied with the regulations at the time of construction have difficulties with insurance, letting or selling due to the condition, incorporation of combustible materials, high energy costs or inflexible layouts.
  Desktop and on-site reviews can be carried out to assist with establishing existing defects or issues to inform the brief for remedial works.

• Technical Coaching can be provided to assist with establishing deliverables required, resourcing and sequencing of information release for key milestones. This can be from a basic level of setting up work package deliverables to the technical requirements of details and materials specification.
